The traditional construction of tunnel trench cable groove mainly adopts combination of small steel formwork assembly, each casting section needs manual removal, transshipment, installation and debugging of formwork, which requires a large amount of labor and construction efficiency; at the same time, the assembly formwork needs to install reinforcement brackets, while the outer formwork can only be supported by planting reinforcement bars, which is not firm and easy to reinforce. It is difficult to control the overall alignment of the trench cable groove with assembled formwork, and the staggered platform is large. Therefore, a new construction technology is urgently needed to replace it.

The mobile trolley of ditch cable trough developed by our company can realize the up and down movement and horizontal adjustment of the ditch cable trough formwork through the hydraulic system. After the formwork is removed, the platform is moved to the next pouring section through the walking system, fully realizing the mechanized construction of the ditch cable trough, reducing the complexity of the removal, transfer and installation of the traditional assembly formwork. It is easy to control the overall alignment of the trench cable groove.
