T-beam prefabrication for various types of highway
1. The template is composed of side die and end die. The bottom formwork is usually prefabricated from concrete. The side die is composed of channel steel cross ribs, panel and I-shaped steel support. The side die is processed in segments. The side die adopts a fixed structure (end die package side die). The sections are divided according to the span and the position of the diaphragm. The end die is composed of I-shaped steel ribs and panel, and the end die and side bottom die are connected by bolts.
1) Lateral formwork support mode
There are two common ways to support the bottom of the exterior die, one is to support to the ground through the screw, which can adjust the height and verticality of the template through the screw, the other is to support with a wooden wedge.
2) Bottom reinforcement of side formwork
The bottom reinforcement of side formwork is the lower tension structure.
3) External die stiffener
The outer stiffener is usually open upward, that is, the comb-shaped upward opening of the outer stiffener is fixed to the template with bolts. When removing the mould, it can follow the template together or be removed separately.
